Painting description

My “Mostek” cycle is not quite as ordinary as it might sometimes seem; each of these paintings is an experiment, each one unique, with one concept chasing the next. But perhaps the important thing is this: a painting cannot be finished, in order to leave room for the viewer’s memories—to let the viewer, for example, go back in time and piece together a vision they know. Completion is a closed whole; you can’t build on it. What is unfinished can be different every day.
