Painting description

The painting swirls with navy blues, purples, and dusty pinks, and a milky streak of light flows through the center, as if the night had dissolved itself. To the right looms a figure playing a flute, translucent, delicate, almost a ghost. Opposite her sits a dark silhouette, crouched and silent. A golden circle shines above everything, something between the moon and the sun, very strong and hypnotic. The paint strokes are expressive, thick, at times rough, a bit impressionistic, a bit dreamlike. This painting is like a fairy tale about sadness. There's a sense of unease here, but also a strange peace; it truly grips me inside. For me, it's a meeting of music and loneliness, perhaps with a memory that refuses to go away.
