Painting description

McCullock's aluminium resin paintings are constructed in layers. Initially in a gestural manner, then becoming more complex with each layer. By adding colour and cells she partly obscures the shiny metal base. The surface has a thick layers of colourful gloss resin creating movement across 3 panels. The rich deep blues and turquoise of this piece are mood enhancing and have the feel good factor to the viewer. This piece will be signed on the reverse, and is presented unframed. It will be supplied with "Command" self adhesive hanging mechanism.
