Painting description

The painting depicts vibrant irises, dominated by purples, whites, and delicate shades of pink. The flowers are vibrant, their petals seeming to dance in the wind, rippling with elegant shapes. In the background, we see soft, pastel splashes of yellow and brown, adding warmth and depth to the composition. The atmosphere of the painting is peaceful, almost idyllic, evoking a summer day in the garden. The artist used impasto, which adds texture and three-dimensionality, making the flowers pop even more from the canvas. The painting evokes a feeling of carefreeness and lightness in the viewer, at least for me. When I look at it, I can almost smell the irises! Yet each flower seems like a mysterious world filled with the codes of nature. The painting's style combines realism with delicate elements of impressionism, giving it a unique charm. Irises are as beautiful as a fairy tale, as a 7-year-old would say. When I see this painting, I think of summer afternoons in my grandmother's garden. It's fascinating how art can freeze time.
