Beata Joanna Ulikowska jest malarką, ilustratorką i rysowniczką urodzoną w Polsce. Pasjonatka sztuki, obecnie mieszka w Northampton w Wielkiej Brytanii. . Posiada tytuł magistra historii, licencjat z teologii i dyplom trzeciego stopnia z psychologii sądowej. Jej różnorodne zainteresowania teatrem, filmem, operą, podróżami i czytaniem mają duży wpływ na jej twórczość artystyczną.
Ukończyła wiele kursów malarstwa i rysunku w tym kurs na Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Łodzi.
