Victor Makarov - Ukrainian painter. He was born March 20, 1932 in Krivoy Rog, Dnepropetrovsk region. In 1946 he moved to Ternopil.

Since 1948 he has worked as a designer in the art-manufacturing enterprises. Since 1955 participated in numerous art exhibitions.

Painter, master of still life, landscape. Has emerged as a master on the basis of post-impressionism. Member of the Professional Union of Artists. Rating category 4B.

Works of the author are in the Ternopil Regional Museum, private collections in Ukraine, Russia, USA, Canada, Germany, Croatia, the Czech Republic.
