Paweł Naumowicz

Paweł Naumowicz rocznik 1980, Białystok. Absolwent Wydziału Grafiki warszawskiej Akademii Sztuk Pięknych. Licencjat obronił w pracowni projektowania ilustracji prof. Zygmunta Januszewskiego, a tytuł magistra sztuk pięknych w pracowni grafiki warsztatowej prof. Rafała Strenta. Zajmuje się grafiką, malarstwem, rysunkiem i projektowaniem graficznym. Choć tematyka i forma prac jest zróżnicowana wiele z nich odnosi się do problemów egzystencjalnych - samotności, wyobcowania, zmagań człowieka z samym sobą, zawieszenia gdzieś w czasie i odrealnionej przestrzeni.

Autor od 2007 roku stale współpracuje z Art Gallery Kafe w Wood Dale, w USA. Jest też członkiem Stowarzyszenia Artystycznego Kolegtyw, gdzie angażuje się w incjatywy o charakterze interdyscyplinarnym, łączące m.in. sztuki wizualne, teatr i taniec. Laureat nagrody Marszałka Województwa Mazowieckiego w styczniowej edycji Grafika Warszawska 2008.

Paweł Naumowicz, born in 1980 in Białystok, Poland. Graduated from Faculty of Graphic Arts of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in the drawing studio of Prof. Zygmunt Januszewski and with a Master of Fine Art's degree in the graphics art studio of Prof. Rafal Strent. Practices in graphics, painting, drawing and graphic design. Although the subject matter and form of work is diverse, many of them refer to the existential problems - loneliness, alienation, the struggle of man with himself, suspended somewhere in time and space unreal. Since 2007 constantly working with Art Gallery Kafe (Wood Dale, USA). Member of the KOLEGTYW Artist Group where he engages in interdisciplinary initiatives, including linking cisual arts, theater and dance.Winner of the Warsaw Print Award of the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodship in the January edition of the Warsaw Graphic, 2008.
