The latest artwork in the Argentum Wave Collection :- This painting explores and celebrates the vibrant colours and turbulent movement of the ocean. Innovative use of mixed media and much layering of pigments and washes are used to to create magical maritime colours and shapes. Looking through the waves one sees the troubled waters moving into a smooth calming harmonious sequence of the elements. This highly textured colourful abstract is painted onto a hardboard panel which is partially coated with high gloss varnish. Metallic paints run through the varnish like a seam of gold. This painting will deliver the wow factor to any blank wall. It requires framing - a plain black wooden surround, without glass is recommended by the Artist. Signed and sealed on the reverse.
