The Artists about herself / himself:My name is Mariusz Gmerek. I was born 10November1975 in Bielawa - Poland. My education - builder construction and I still working this profession also Im finished West Nottinghamshire College course art level 3 and art history. I was interested art all time in my life and 5 years ago I started painting . I painting in oil, acrylic, watercolor and drawing. Most of my works concentrates on surreal , because surrealism is my favorite kind of art. And pictures surrealism‘s artists inspired me to start painting. I am still not quite sure how to label my art work. These recent paintings are inspired by humans and the power of nature when I touch with their inner sense of intuition and imagination. I try to do deals with the relationship and contradiction between human and nature being. I try include this ideas in my some paintings. A esthetic intention were realized through the people and animal. Also all my pictures reflects my personal interests and I play around with every piece I make. Art give me feel good mentally- this is for me like mental hygiene. Interesting is that the title always comes to me first. I try invite people to share in my vision of creativity and to enjoy the pictures presented here. If they can take part in I have made- I am so satisfied.
