We decided to introduce a unique Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure you the maximum of satisfaction and comfort while buying at TouchOfArt.eu.
How it works?
If you are not 100% satisfied with a purchased painting, you can return it for any reason within 3 days (counting from the day the painting arrives to you). We will refund the purchase.
The return procedure looks like this:
* Send us e-mail at gallery@touchofart.eu with the number of your order and a relevant information,
* We’ll send you a special return form and ask you to fill it in,
* After verifying the form, we’ll ask you to send the painting back (intact),
* As soon as we get the painting, we’ll transfer 100% of its price to your bank account.
You will get the money back, without the necessity of explaining your reasons.
